December 7th we had our restaurant night fundraiser and Jason's Deli for school then there was a Barnes N Nobel night across the street. The kids got to decorate cookies and hear a story read by their principal.
Afterwards we went by our favorite house that has Christmas lights set to music. We probably made 4 or five trips to this place over the course of the month.
In Isaac's gifted class their December project was to MAKE a gift for the name they drew. He got a girl that like coloring and plants and anything but sports, lol. Which is ironic because Isaac's about me paper said how much he loved sports. It turned out perfect. We made her some tree crayons by melting old crayon pieces. Isaac choose the colors. Then we cut out paper and bound it together with my spiral binding machine.
Here's a picture of them exchanging at school that his teacher shared with me. Isaac received this super cool jar that was painted like a football. Even had a vikings logo on the top! Filled with candy of course. :-)
