Thomas 11 months and June Misc pics

Trying to capture some of the happy playtime moments. We are coming out of a hard fog, which I can't even remember much. But when I sit down to observe we are in a really good place right now. The kids are playing really good together. Sure there is the bickering but it's minimal. Daily, but minimal. And Thomas is such a joy for everyone. The girls love him and Isaac loves to make him laugh. He really turns any bad day into a good day! So thankful for him, I have NOOOO idea how baby's of the family can end up spoiled :-) haha totally sarcastic. This lil dude is so spoiled with love.

11 months! He's got three teeth as I write this (at really 11.5 months) He's taking a step or two, but not really walking yet... but crawling FAST! So I know he'll be walking soon, which I'm not in a rush for. He LOVES to eat and is not picky at all. He loves watching his busy siblings and doens't nap much during the day but is sleeping 12 hour stretches as night. I can steal some snuggles every once in a while but he doesn't like to stay still for long. He loves to climb and climb and climb. I don't remember Isaac climbing this much, but maybe because with just one I was playing 1:1 with him more. When it gets close to bed Thomas will be-line crawl to the stairs over and over. I think he's saying "okay my bed is up this way, I'll just take myself" haha.

Thomas and the girls were just laughing and giggling as he crawled over them in the tent. So cute!

Second weekend we had a rainy, wet family picnic for my MoMs group (Mothers of Multiples). Glad a few families made it we had five families there. The kids had fun playing in the rain.

Father's Day

Sunday we went for a bike ride. It was a pretty warm day, almost 90 and pretty humid. We weren't sure where we were going to go but we loaded up a picnic and hopped on our bikes. We decided to take the trail downtown to the Mississippi river cuz our neighbor had mentioned a park 'just down at the end of the trail' haha.

We hadn't really gone for a ride since Mother's Day so it was nice to get out. Mary loved it! She loves riding on the tag-a-long bike.

Riding by Target Field... almost there.

We were all such a sweaty mess but glad to have arrived and dug into our picnic. Getting a family photo and the kids just kept saying "take another, take another" lol.

Then Isaac said "okay time for a silly one" although they are all pretty silly.

It was fun. They played in the sand at the playground, thomas took a couple steps here and there. He's just doing about 1 and a half at this point. Then we took the ride back.

Isaac did so good, he was ready to get home, not too happy here but we were almost there. About halfway home the tires on the trailer went flat so the trek home for Kyle was extra hard work.

It took us 25 minutes to get there and 35 minutes to get home. It was a total of about 9 miles. Isaac's longest bike ride yet! He said "If we ever decide to go that far again we should just drive" lol. I think they all slept hard that night.

We came home and they vegged out with a movie while we got dinner ready and had some neighbor friends over for brisket. One of Isaac's classmates that lives one block over and they have a daughter a little younger than the girls. It was fun to visit with adults!

Girls Birthday Celebration

We finally had the girls' party. The place we were having it at didn't take May birthday parties because it is a busy month for them. So we scheduled it for June 10th instead. They didn't really care expect for the few days before when I mentioned to Mary that her party was coming up she asked "Now I'll be five!?" lol, not quite, just still celebrating four :0)

Sunday Emma and I went to target to pick up the unicorn cupcakes.

They had their party at a gymnastics place. It was actually pretty amazing, the teachers took the kids for the first hour while the parents just visited and observed. Then we had ice cream and cupcakes the last thirty minutes.

Thomas and his little buddy Lance played together.

Isaac's Kindergarten Celebration

On Wednesday of Isaac's last week of school they had a little celebration for all the kindergartners. It was cute. They sang some songs, got recognition for attendance, reading, math, and they got a little certificate. I can't believe he is already through Kindergarten! It's been a fast year.
