This is my second season coaching our school's GOTR team. And I have to say the practice 5K is one of my favorites! I love going all out for the girls and making it a huge deal. For some this is their VERY first time running this far, so why not celebrate our hearts out!! We are blessed with a beautiful lake to run around. I made these signs last time so now it's just a matter of getting them put up along the route.
Once the girls are off on route with the coaches and running buddies we get the finish line all fancied up!
Kyle was traveling for work so he wasn't about to run a water station. But the neighbor who was watching Thomas was more than willing to help out and set up the water stand. They loved it! So grateful for amazing neighbors.
The girls started to finish up, such a fun day and amazing weather for it.
