Footbal & Soccer camp

August 5th - 8th we had a crazy busy week. Isaac had flag football camp in the morning from 9-11:30, then all three big kids had soccer camp from 1-3:30 in the afternoon at a different location. We did a lot of packed lunches and park playing because both locations of the camps had fun parks and splash pads. Loved the crazy week of summer!

Isaac has been doing the free Sanneh Foundation soccer camps the last two years but this year they added basketball and flag football. We never knew this park existed but was so glad to find it. Isaac loved playing on a real football field.

Monday we rushed home for lunch then headed to Soccer camp, but it started raining and Monday's camp was cancelled.

Tuesday we were back for flag football, Thomas wishing he could join:

No rain on Tuesday so camp was a go. This was the girls first time participating and they enjoyed it. It was great for them to be involved and burn some energy.

Thomas took a nap in the van and Mary had to keep coming to sit by me. She did better when I left and wasn't there as a distraction.

They were so FUNNY to watch. So entertaining these two.

Thomas woke up toward the end and we hit the park together until the big kids were finished.

Wednesday back at Farview park for football in the AM.

Then straight to soccer for the afternoon. Passing through the city to get from the north park to the south one.

Thursday some friends met us at Farview park, for park play and splashpad play while Isaac had his last day of football camp.

All week I kept calling it Fairview park... but it was FARview... because at the top of the hill it had this amazing view! I'm so glad the lawn guy mentioned that. We all walked up to the top to check it out.

Thursday after soccer we played in the splash pad again. We did some other days but I think my photos are all out of order and I can't quite keep it straight seeing how it was about a month ago now that I'm finally blogging about it.. Oops. Anyway here are the splash pad pics. We had a great time here last year too! Love these little wade pools, less stressful for mama and the kids can roam free.
