1 month old

Rather late getting to this... especially since they will be 2 months in a week!!!! But wanted to get the photos posted while I had a minute.

Emma:

Loves the side swaying swing and her paci

Likes to be swaddled or sleeps on her belly unswaddled

Good sleeper for long stretches

Likes the mirror on the playmat but would rather be sitting up

Weighs: 11.4 lbs

Mary:

No swaddling for this gal, belly sleeping all the way

Such a strong neck - has already rolled over a few times front to back

Frequent eater
Eyes appear to be a little darker, maybe they will be brown!!

Grandma Judy's Visit

Blogging ain't what it used to be... I am rather late at getting photos posted and for the time being my posts probably won't contain much text. Will get what I posted when I can post it. So... here are some photos from Grandma Judy's visit May 25th through June 5th. She visited longer than usual but that was because she was here to help. We didn't do the typical out and about site-seeing but we did get a few fun activities in.

Oh! And my mom helped us get our garden planted! Here it is the day before she left (June 4th). We had some rain and seeds we planted were already sprouting!

Milestone

There are so many firsts with kids and I don't think to write them all down, however I try. I should have posted this last week but last Thursday Isaac coordinated his fingers together to make the two sign, three sign, and four sign. He was pretty excited and proud of himself. He loves counting and saying all his ABC's (in order and he doesn't miss any, I'm impressed). But now that he has the finger motions to go with his counting he's on cloud nine :) love him. 

Best Big Brother

I haven't really had time to sit down at the computer to blog so I'm going to do a quick mobile post, and will try to more often. 

Most mornings are the same, Isaac wakes up and calls for moma from his room Kyle will go open his door and they both come back up to bed (on the days Kyle doesn't work). Then we have some morning snuggles, all five of us (yes in a queen bed) sometimes six when harpo feel brave. Isaac gets some iPad time, the girls sleep and I usually sleep as well. When Kyle isn't home it looks exactly like this. I can get another 1.5-2 hrs of interrupted much needed sleep. 

Isaac misses getting to snuggle with me and if I'm not feeding a baby I am sure to move them over to give him some much needed snuggles. 

This morning I look over and Isaac was watching Curious George while holding Emma's hand while she slept. So precious! He loves his sisters and tells them so often. I love my family.
