End of December 2025

 Blogging seems to have become a quarterly thing, haha. Here I am middle of March and need to catch up on the past three months. 

Which results in a photo dump of Christmas break. 

December 19th the big kids had their Friday evening downhill ski club, so Thomas went on a date night with me and Kyle to CanCan Wonderland for indoor mini-golf. 

Saturday night Kyle and I had a date night for his birthday. We went to Little Tijuana (in preparation for our upcoming Mexico Moto trip) and to an amazing little restaurant that was about to close down and rebrand called Petite Lion. The mussels were SOOO good!.

A little forced family fun walk over the weekend to get out of the house.

Oakley didn't growl, but it was hilarious how the photo captured as he was licking his lips.

Then church service

Followed by our Christmas Eve tradition of eating sushi. 

Christmas Morning

For our final Friday donut tradition we drove up north about 20 minutes to the only (new and biggest) Krispy Kreme

Then a trip to the Children's Museum followed by Cosetta's for lunch. Keeping these kids busy because they just bicker at each other if we stay at home. 

Since we didn't get our walk across the lake in on Christmas Day we did it on Sunday Dec 28th instead. 

Thomas had two orthodontist appointments on Monday, got his attached retainer taken out, scanned and then we returned later that day for his new set of removable retainers. 

Ice skating at a local apartments rink as well as New Years Eve ice skating at the indoor rink. 

Followed by tradition of fireworks on the lake for New Year's!
