We decided to forgo the running of the field parade prior to the game because we were already in a rush to get back and it would have been too hectic to try and make it in time. Besides the kids will all have more fun at it next year. We parked over by St. Thomas where we usually park and walked to Target Field.
We dropped the stroller off at guest services and wore the girls. We walked around for a little bit before going to our seats. Since we purchased the special rate "Twins Day" tickets we had bleacher seats smack dab in the SUN! They were hot! Here was our view:
I fed both girls in the sun and that's about all we could take. We were baking. So we decided to wander around for a little while.
We found some fun statues for Isaac to stand by. Appropriate one was an apple since we just spend a weekend apple picking.
We wandered around behind home plate before stopping into guest services for our stroller. Eating some dippin dots and soft serve ice cream. One of the ushers motioned us and let us sit down in an area that didn't have anyone sitting. So we got to spend a few innings with amazing seats, in the shade!
