Third week of June ALL THE SPORTS

Saturday June 13th
Isaac had a baseball tournament, while Emma had a soccer tournament that weekend an hour away. On Saturday I had baseball duty while Kyle did soccer.

Isaac had two games one at noon (above) and one at 2:30 (below).
Thanks to Bill for the amazing photos.

Emma had a game at 1:30 and then another at 6:30.
Photos from the earlier game, thanks to one of the girls' dads, Joe sharing his amazing photos from the game!

Isaac and I met up with the rest of the fam to watch Emma's 6:30 game. She scored a goal as soon as we arrived!

More of Joe's photos:

Sunday was much of the same but Kyle and I swapped. Kyle took Isaac to his 8am game and I took Emma to her noon soccer game. My one photo and Joe's much better captures:

Thomas had a game at 2:00 (Kyle coaches)

Emma qualified for the championship game, so back out west for a 4:00 game. They didn't win this one, but still great to come in second!

Tuesday morning swim followed by the girls getting their nails done (I got a pedicure)

Wednesday Mary had her first sand volleyball game. It had rained all morning so we'd wondered if it was going to get cancelled

She's playing at a park right by the Mississippi River.

Thursday morning swim for me

Thomas had a game Thursday evening.

Friday morning run with my friend Jana, saw lots of wildlife.

This is the turtle pond Mary fell in when she was about 3 years old. Used to just have ropes as the edge of the bridge, more secure now.

No sports Friday evening. Kyle and the girls headed to Missouri for a funeral while I stayed back with the boys who had baseball games on Saturday and I was subbing a yoga class on Friday evening. I've started to sub our classic hot yoga class at the studio I teach barre.
