Kid Approved Clean Waffles

Whole Wheat Waffles
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup oil
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt


Heat waffle iron. Wisk first set of ingredients together. Add in second set and stir until just combined. Pour about a 1/2 cup batter into waffle iron. 

I like crispier waffles so I cook in my Belgium waffle iron for about five minutes. 
Remove and serve with fresh fruit! 

Fix count: 1 waffle = 1 yellow & 1 spoon (fruit counted separately)
